Claritin makes me drowsy so badly that I have to stop doing my work and go to sleep. Day after I take the medication, I have headaches and feel dizzy. I also get nose bleeds but they are not severe enough to go to the hospital.

I was on this for a year....originally bad PMS, I was told to take it for 10 days a month, then me and my long term partner split and I was told to take it everyday to support me. I have been using Gymnema as part of a herbal tablet (along with chromium, B12, Glucomannan, etc) for a few months and took it twice per day. It gave me better numbers but not as good as I would like, and some consistency in my readings. Recently I changed to a capsule - hard as heck to swallow - that is a higher dosage. This birth control is possibly the worst ever made. I never had ANY problems with Seasonique and I switched to Quasense for insurance reasons. I would never recommend this to a friend. CONSTANT breakthrough bleeding, never know when to catch it, bad effects on sex life and low energy. Try any other form of birth control but this. By reading other reviews on the internet I'm sure that I am not alone.

Abilify made my blood pressure so low that I would have blackouts when standing up Abilify affected my body's ability to regulate body temperature. I would feel sick and feverish. My body temperature would be increased. I think the effects on blood pressure (not just orthostatic hypotension) are understated when taking abilify. I felt that this medication could have been life threatening for me.

I had one son already and now I'm working and planning to get married so I don't want another child yet. I take Ortho Tri-Cyclen and it prevents me from getting pregnant and unexpected periods. I recommend it but it does give me mood swings!
