I was 17 when I had my 3 Gardasil shots and 17 when I was diagnosed with RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS following the shots. My grandfather has taken Niaspan for a little over 2 years, he started within the last month with more moderate waking up at night a flushing. I suffer from a cold or allergies at least twice a year that results in lots of congestion, etc., you know the story. This is the first time I've tried Mucinex DM, or any Mucinex product, and so I am a little Leary after reading these reviews. This supplement wasn't one of my favorites. Even though I did recover quickly after workouts, and though I noticed more definition, I think the majority of it was water weight (I gained a lot of weight very quickly when I started using it). I know that many people swear by this stuff, but I don't think I would recommend it. Being able to eat after a workout is more important than creatine intake.
