Lyrica is ok for treating anxiety conditions like GAD. It works well but the confusion/dizziness at dosage above 300mg per day can be a problem. It does not have many gastrointestinal side effects but I find that it irritates a long term gastritis problem of mine. Lyrica is a good alternative for those who cant tolerate conventional antidepressants or those who would like to avoid the use of benzodiazipines. I have not had any medical tests or feedback since cmmencement. I feel the dosage is too high and have cut it to one tablet every second day and I feel much better. i have added 2000 of omega 3 or one pill at noon and one in the evening. I should learn if this produces lower colestrol after mynext medical chck up.
