I've taken Lisinopril for about 12 years. The last year and a half I started to get a "patchy numbness" on the bottom of my feet. I felt that this was most likely due to the addition of Clonidine to my blood pressure Rx's. I told my doctor about this and she then doubled my Clonidine. I have been on it for about a year. It is convenient and I can trust its efficacy. However, i've started keeping track of my moods, and I must say that at around the 5th-7th day of a new pack I am extremely irritable. Extremely. While hospitalized for a severe kidney infection I received a morphine injection and felt a slight rush through my body. I was numb and couldn't feel a thing, was very comfortable. After leaving the hospital I felt nauseous (although I always feel nauseous when it comes to pain killers) and tired, but still very good on relieving pain.
