I have been taking Pristiq for 4 weeks and it has made a major difference in my quality of life. I did not experience any negative side effects but then everyone's body chemistry is different. I am possibly taking agomelatine. I have been on a study for about a month now (there is 1/4 chance I am receiving a placebo.) It might not be related at all but since I am taking this medication, I often wake up in the morning and my penis hurt. As if the blood pressure was too high. Not too sure what to do. It usually dont last more than an hour and I never have this problem during the day, its always early morning and it actually wakes me up because it is so painful.

I was a baseball pitcher back in high school and a ball got hit back up the middle and off of my face. It broke 3 bones and the pain was undescribable. I could not get surgery done for a week and I was perscribed percocet for the week before and the week after my surgery. Even though it made me tired, it worked tremendously.
