Have been on 200 mg Zoloft for five years and it's effect were beginning to wane. My doctor weaned me down to 100 mg of Zoloft and added 50 mg Pristiq approximately three month ago. The first few weeks on Pristiq I experienced nausea and upset stomach along with severe lethargy. Ambien is great, it helps me sleep much better. The only thing that I dont like about it is that it makes me a little groggy in the morning and sometimes I get up in the middle of the night and eat.

After having my first child I switched from the pills to mirena and for 17weeks I experienced spotting. From then on I experienced terrible acne and horrible periods.
