For the first year that I was taking Yaz it was great - regular and much lighter periods, zero cramps, zero PMS. I had been taking Zyrtec for about 5 years and before that was taking an older form of Allegra. As many allergy sufferers know, these and all allergy medications only work for a short amount of time before your body becomes immune to the effects. I can honestly say after three months of Xyzal, I have been symptom free since day one. That's exactly how I have been feeling! I feel depressed, irritable, and very hungry! I feel like I want to vomit all the time! Last night, I woke from my sleep vomiting! To stop the queezniness I eat salty crackers. If the increase in appetite does not cause weight gain, eating fatty foods to calm your stomach certainly will. I took this medication in conjunction with the Digoxin and I feel it has made a difference in the Afib. I really like both of the medications and I would recommend them both to others who are having the same problem as me.
