Tarka is a great drug but I don't recommend buying it. The drug companies are way too proud of it and increase the price to the point that it is not affordable. The greed is sickening. Instead of paying $160 a month just get your doctor to prescribe Trandolapril + Verapamil hydrochloride separately. Two pills but the total cost is around $17 a month. I was on this for a year....originally bad PMS, I was told to take it for 10 days a month, then me and my long term partner split and I was told to take it everyday to support me. Mirena is incredibly convenient. The worse part would be the "installation". I experienced some cramping that same day, along with some spotting over a period of about a month, maybe two. After that, it has been such a peace of mind knowing that I don't have to "remember" to take my pills or that I have to double up this day, etc.

I should first explain that I did not take capsules. Moringa Oleifera grows here in Thailand and is used in Thai cooking. I ate the sap and had teas made of it, as other people do here. After taking for a few days, I had severe dizziness, strong stomach ache, pain on right side and an itchy rash on my chest. I notice that the symptoms I describe have already been given by other people Maybe I had too much? I will try it in small doses in future!
