Tylenol is a good go-to pain and headache reducer. It's always in my medicine cabinet as a backup for when I don't feel my best. For the most part, it works well. Sometimes though, I just feel a little weak and need to lie down for a bit.

I was irritated with things that normally wouldn't bother me, from my boss, to the kids, to the soccer coach, then spending the rest of the time feeling awful for how I responded to them. I had the hormones levels checked and since my body is running efficiently as ever, my doctor suggested Citalopram hydrobromide in 10 mg for the first two weeks. Wonderful for depression, but NO HELP for OCD. Dizziness only lasts first two days and goes away. Do not drive during this time. Do not drink on it, depression may get worse. Excercise combined really helped to recover from the depression I was in.
