I started Piracetam on a Friday. I felt like I slept better and during waking hours, I didn't stress as much about things. I was very "mellow". I use Nasacort AQ when needed for allergies including stuffy nose, and to help prevent sinus infections. It works immediately and very well and I do not notice any side effects other than the slight burning in my nose when I use it.

I am 17, and have been on Ortho tri-cyclen since i was 15. I really like it, except that it is hard to remember to take, and i have had many pregnancy scares. I have an appointment to get mirena, but aftrer looking at reviews, I am considering cancelling my appointment. I did not expect to bleed for 2weeks and 4days. The cramps were intense, and lasted for 2days. The intial bleeding was horrific, i never expected to bleed so heavily in such a short period of time. You definitely need to be prepared. The inital nausea wasn't that bad.
