I take vitamin C to improve my immune health. Overall, I think it works but can't really prove it because I never had frequent cold symptoms to begin with. I figure a pill a day can't hurt.

Moringa Oleifera

I am taking Moringa to help with calcium uptake as I cannot take dairy products (lactose intolerance) or elemental calcium due to family history of cardiac disease and arterial sclerosis. I have found that even taking one pill per day has increased my alertness, decreased joint pain and decreased stress. What I do not like is the nausea I experience. I have had imbalance for about 6 months now, the doctor referred me to a neurologist but there is a two month waiting list here, I couldn't walk without holding onto walls and furniture and very rarely could I go outside and I walk with a stick, but I also have hypermobility. The stick helps to balance me. I have been taking esipram now for 1 month and can say it has helped me tremendously. I take 10mg a day i the morning. It only took 5 days before i felt the anxiety decrease and my moods lifted. not sure the time period i wil stay on them for but for now my life is so much better because of them. I was always against anti depressents always considered myself mentally strong, we all have our breaking points i have experienced mine, and now i am rebuilding my mental health day by day.
