55 year old male, married 32 years and who could not get himself to consistently excercise and when the economy collapsed - it was a great excuse not to work out because i need to work. Problem was that i was not really working - just showing up to work. As the economy was in the tank and my business suffering horrible financial losses, I knew my life and my physical and mental health were all out of balance and fragile. I had taken Marax in the mid 70s and as a 16 year old "in charge" of her medication, I probably took more than prescribed and suffered severe anxiety attacks. Sometimes so debilitating, I wanted to jump out of my skin. Then I would crash and thought I was going to die. After Marax, was Theophylline and I was not introduced to inhalers until probably the late 80s or 90s. In the late 80s I went to an ENT, who recommended I take Sudafed for sinus drip. The same feelings of anxiety/and... View full comment
