My daughter has been diagnosed with Juveniele Idiopathic Arthtritis which has caused inflammation in her wrists, knees, ankles, lining of the lungs/chest cavity, and the spine. She also has been diagnosed with Raynaud's. I was on Binicar for 3 weeks with no reduction in blood pressure. My values were 150/90 (monitored for three weeks with cuff) Dr put me on Azor. 5mg/20mg Four (4) hours after first dose BP was 135/72. I will continue to document reading for 1 month to see if the values remain low at different times of the day.

My Daughter will be 13 in one month and received her 2nd shot of gardisil two days ago. Within 3 hrs of receiving the shot, she was curled up on the couch with extreme pain in her legs, dizziness, nausia, and a splitting headache. The pain progressed to her arms by yesterday afternoon, along with the other symptoms, leading her doctor to suspect Guillain-Barré syndrome. Weird episodes where I feel furious for no reason...just descends on me like a migraine. My fatigue is better, maybe? At first, Provigil made a big difference, quickly wore down, and the switch to Nuvigil gave me a bit more energy again. It is doing something stimulating, since I've got much more anxiety and those rage attacks, but I don't know if it's really improving my quality of life or ability to function. Umcka is available in many forms. I have found them equally useful and have had no side effects. My favorite is the hot drink powder because it's nice to have a hot drink when you're feeling sick.
