I never had any depression before but I felt into a very severe episode, taking Prozac for a year treatment cure my depression which has keep me stable even two years after treatment stop. While taking it I did not experience any side effect although I do not take any other medication

I started Piracetam on a Friday. I felt like I slept better and during waking hours, I didn't stress as much about things. I was very "mellow". I started getting a sore throat like a cold on Saturday. Then on Sunday afternoon, I felt a little feverish. By Sunday night, I had moderate fever and vomiting. I was in bed with fever for 24 hours. I have been taking this drug on and off for almost 15 years. I have tried all kinds of other similar drugs and I always come back to plain of generic prozac. my Doc tells me that lots of her patients do also...it just works the best and keeps me steady.
