This was the drug of my choice when I had a SEVERE toothache. I took two at once and a friend, who is a nurse, said that 2 pills are usually enough. After a half hour, I took a third pill, lay down on the couch and fell asleep. I woke up in the middle of the night. I couldn’t feel my toothache, but I also couldn’t feel my legs either. Since I had a very mellow feeling at that time, I went back to sleep and saw a dentist the next day. Vicodin was very effective.

There are so many different kinds of medications out there. You aren't just going to immediately find the right one for you. It's all about trial and error. Trust me, it's an agrivating process and I've wanted to give up many times (I started trying different meds about 7 months ago) I have confedence that I will find one right for me. Withdrawal systems are severe and therefore I continue to take 8 tablets a day every day, even when I don't need them. I find if I go out for the day and I forget to take Solpodol with me, I am in a panic and usually have to get home! The Doctor has never questioned the amount I get each month.
