That's exactly how I have been feeling! I feel depressed, irritable, and very hungry! I feel like I want to vomit all the time! Last night, I woke from my sleep vomiting! To stop the queezniness I eat salty crackers. If the increase in appetite does not cause weight gain, eating fatty foods to calm your stomach certainly will. This is my second round of Isotretinoin. The first time the results lasted for about 3 1/2 years before I started having bouts of cystic acne again (definitely related to stress). The first time I was on it I had a lot of joint and muscle pain but I have not experienced that this time around. It greatly relieved the itching I would get from my skin rubbing on certain surfaces or materials that would use it. However, I try not to "overuse" it on one spot as I feel it changes the color of the skin.

Taking Lexapro chronic anxiety. No major side effects experienced. First 2-3 weeks after dose change were took some time to adjust to but it wasn't bad or uncomfortable. I would highly suggest to anyone needing to get on an antidepresent to at least give Lexapro a try to see if it work for you.
