Since menopause at age 58, I weighed 135 lb. I quit smoking 2-1/2 years ago and gained 15 lb. Lost that 15 lb. but then was diagnosed with emphysema 6 months after I quit smoking. I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. I am not a kind of person that like to take medicine at all but when is really severe like headache or muscles pain I take asperin it is really good. It really helps and relieve your pain in a very short time.

I have strange dreams-when I wake up In the morning I cannot go back to sleep if I want to-I have all kind s of thoughts that run through my mind and it does not quit until I open my eyes and get up-like this every day-when I need to take a nap I will fall asleep for 20 minutes or so and wake up startled and feel lonely again-have that and I do not like it at all. may get off this med when I can.
