Just started my third 91 day pack. I plan to discontinue use as soon as I see my Doctor. I feel like my life has been flipped upside down since I started these pills. I though it was just me until I started putting things together and done some research on these pills. I have weight gain, bad acne, headaches, breast tenderness, depression and mood swings. I recommend Topamax to anyone who suffers from chronic migraines. The only two side effects I do not enjoy is the loss of taste with soda and slight confusion at times. It's never to noticeable, but at times it does seem I get a little air headed. I rarely suffer from migraines and when I do get one it's never as strong as they were.
