So far so good. It is a very easy drug to take. Doesnt cause any nausea/vomiting for me. I like the fact that I have to take it well before eating anything for the day and that I have to take it with a lot of water. This helps me take in a lot of water in the beginning of the day. I dislike that I have to take this for the rest of my life or else my symptoms would come back. After trying several other medications, Amrix was the first to relieve the intense constant pain in my head. I was extremely tired the first couple of weeks after I started taking it. Azelastine Hydrochloride, also known as Astepro, has worked really well for me. I tried Omnaris before I tried Astepro. Even though I lean forward like the instructions say to do, I still get a very bad strange taste in my throat and tongue. I'm pretty sure that it is because it drains down into my throat, but the first time I tasted it, I had a hard time getting the taste off my tongue.
