I have no option but to take prednisone but it has destroyed the skin on my legs and it is now paper-thin. I have numerous bruises and am prone to skin-tearing and as a resukt, cellulitis. Prednisone also caused severe cataracts which almost cost me my eye-sight, it has weakened my bones, and elevated my heart beat.

I was diagnosed with degenerative facet changes, L-4, L-5. I had been on constant ADVIL for 1 month which does relieve the pain significantly. I was told about Zyflamend and that it was an "herbal supplement" with anti-inflammatory results. Since I wanted to get off the ADVIL, I tried Zyflamend. I have been using Nuvaring for about 6 years now. I recently have started to have blurred vision, severe vertigo, fatigue, rashes and much more. I feel that my symptoms have worsened over the last 6 years but I have just now realized that this was the problem. If you feel any different on this medication, trust yourself and go tell your doctor because it is probably the medication. I couldn't have asked for a better med. I had tried a couple of other meds whose side effects were too bothersome and by far Lamicatal has been the best. I don't feel sedated, I've experienced almost no side effects, and I feel in control and level headed. I was very sleepy when I first started taking it but that didn't last long.
