I play a lot of sports and only take this as needed which is 1 to 2 tablets per week (50mg/tablet). I find it very effective for my lifestyle in helping me enjoy playing as hard as I do. I find Ultram to be quite effective at controlling pain from sports injuries for considerably longer than vicodin with reduced dry mouth, reduced constipation, less inflamation and I remain more mentally alert.

I have had Graves disease for twomyears now. The first approach was a gradully reducing dose of carbimazole, from 40mg down to 5mg. This took approximately a year. I tolerated the carbimazle well, though can relate the commentsvre metallic taste in the mouth and and upset tummy at dose change time. This lasted approximately three days until my body adjusted. Used for pain relief - Atypical facial pain - Having tried Amitripyline and Carbamozole without sucess (limited pain relief and too many side effects) I find I tolerate Dosulepin well and have acheived about 80% relief at a dose of 75mg per day.
