prilosec otc worked fairly well for me. i'm not having stomach pains & heartburn as i was before. the only things i really noticed are i take the pill in the morning everyday. by the time it is the next morning, i feel the pain again until i take the pill. i'm hoping after the 14 day treatment that this does not occur because i will not be able to take the pills anymore. it is my 7th day on the pill & i've expierienced a piercing, stabbing headache in the back of my head & behind... This seems to be the most effective drug for depression/anxiety that I have been given. I have been on quite a few. It doesnt seem to have any side effects, which was great. The only problem I have is when I dont take it. There have been times when I was due for a refill and had to wait until payday or for the pharmacy to open on Monday.
