I had a very hard time when I first started the Cipralex, You name the side effect I had it, nausea, lack of appetite, problems with sleeping, crazy vivid dreams, dizzy, couldnt concentrate, anxiety (which i never had before). Those got better after about 2-3 wks of being on it. I was having the problem of tiredness so my doctor increased my dose so I take a half tab before bed. The problem is that, the food is highly selective. I have to constantly choose what to eat, and what not too. This is seriously annoying, because carbohydrates are almost everywhere. When my blood sugar is too low, I take some malt or any sweet drink to balance it. When it is too high, it has side effects too, such as loss of your mind, fever, hallucinations, etc.
