Ambien is great to get a good nights sleep if you have trouble. It makes me a little groggy the next day but that doesnt last very long. The doctor told me that it isnt good for long term use though because it can be habit forming.

I have no know side effects, I sleep less (I love to sleep so thats bad for me) meaning usually I sleep during the day endlessly, now the day ends and I didnt remember to sleep. My appitite is the same, I dont over eat, but my monthly cycle is less, I can stand the cold more, I am alert and awake while driving to work and back home, I seem to be health with my blood count because I am not weak and hungry anymore. I have tried a few different birth controls in the past year and nothing seemed to work for me. the first 2 months on FemconFE were fine. In the third month and continuing on i get horrific cramps on the 2nd saturday of each pack. (i have been on this pill now for 8 months) I cannot move because I am in so much pain. As with other statins within days or weeks the same physical sensations begin. It is like too much energy in hands and feet. Sleep i srestless. Thre are night swets. In this case I took only 2 pills. the morning aftert he first I felt great. But the 2nd night (pills are taken in evening before bed) symptoms began.
