I'm sorry that your son is having this issue, and I do think you're right to be concerned. I have asthma and it runs on both sides of the family, so we weren't surprised when our daughter developed it at 2. She was pretty bad--she was on oral steroids etc and had regular breathing treatments. The pediatrician actually ENCOURAGED me to try alternative meds as he said this stuff isn't really tested in kids and we have no clue about the long term. Green tea is good for relaxing. Drink it occasionally, just helps me mellow out, more placebo effect I think than anything else, although I know it's good for you.

I thought the Zyglamend was working really well for my inflammation from rheumatoid arthritis, and I was still taking only 1 tablet per day, working my way up to 2 per day. But the diarrhea and heache was there everyday. Then the headache was so bad I could barely move, so I took my blood pressure and found it had shot up dangerously high (179/112).
