I like the taste of banslochan a lot. I like it because it tastes like a chalk which one tends to have when he/she is suffering from a deficiency of Calcium in his/her body.I am not very sure of ILL effects of consuming Banslochan for a long time. Kindly, guide guide me if, i should stop having it as its being almost 8 years i am regularly consuming it.Suggest if it is anyways harmful to me in near future.

I am age 50 and take this for alleviating peri-menopausal symptoms. My hot flashes include nausea and fainting, so I absolutely need a hormone replacement drug to keep me normal. The only side effect I have from being on this pill for one month is a bodily rash all over (like heat rash) and acne on my chest and neck! It's very gross! I used Mononessa for about 3-4 months. I started back in late February and ended in June. Over that time, I had very intense mood swings and many crying episodes. I usually am a very positive person and I could not get into a good mental place. I was also vomiting much more often and I experienced several intense headaches and multiple mild ones in a month. The worst idea ever. I never even wanted the shot. The first shot I took for my mom but the second and third shot were forced. they held me down for those. After I got the shot I noticed I was getting sick a lot and that a cold was lasting up to a month. I started to get dizzy spells. I would get up and couldn't because I would almost fall down. I have noticed more energy since using Testim. No difference in libido. I have noticed a slight drop off in energy after the 6th week. I have started regular light exercise and have noticed muscle growth. Some shoulder muscle pain, but that may be due to exercise. My major concern is hair loss. I was loosing some up top, but have noticed that it has increased. Will get blood test in February to see where my T levels are now (was 200). Can I take Propecia to offset the hairloss due to Testim?
