With Bactrim (generic) I get immediate relief from my chronic prostatitis symptoms. However, during my last two bouts with this condition, I have also had my high blood pressure drop into the normal range. I did feel better in the beginning. There is a noticeable energy lift and feeling of well being. But unfortunatly there is also intense emotions and difficulty breathing, expecially in bed. I am a 42 year old woman who suffers with heavy periods and have done for most of my life! I recently started taking Norethisterone to help with my periods, which has helped.
