No longer taking copaxone, as was not effective at all for me. Did like it much better than the interferons, no flu like side effects. MS progressed rapidly while taking it. Did have the immediate post injection reaction once, which is not an allergic reaction. Was scary, but still continued with this therapy. Found out after all the attacks and MRI's that the daily shot was a waste of time and money.

I have been on several antidepressants over the years. My problems started with very severe panic attacks. For this condition, Paxil was amazing. Sometimes when your symptoms are severe, it will take at least 1 month before the medicine will really start working its purpose. Paxil did make me gain weight, but I still feel this is the best drug for me for those symptoms. amitriptyline was added to my other medications because I was grinding my teeth at night and not getting rested sleep. This medication had to be increased after taking 50 mg/day for several years and is now back to working pretty well.
