While I await my latest PSA results, I need to find out why my back, particularly along the spine, hurts so much, with almost nothing that helps. The pain radiates arbitrarily across my lower back, then up to under one shoulder blade or the other, and sometimes both. This pain radiates around the rib cage creating a "pulling" feeling into the chest, often causing related discomfort in the stomach area (not nausea). I thought the strength of my memory was lowering due to my age (33) .. but perhaps it is related to the generic Xanax. But on a positive, this solution has had the least amount of side-affects over any other anti-anxiety option for me personally. Anti-depressants put a lot of weight on me and took away my libido. No sign of that now and I've been on 1mg XR for well over a year now.

I have a lot of allergies and I tend to get a rash at least once a day. When it becomes so bad that I can't stop scratching, I take the Benadryl. It works well for me and it works very very fast. I would recommend it to anyone. The only thing I don’t like is that even the non-drowsy Benadryl makes me very sleepy. But the positives weigh out the negatives in this case.
