This is my second round of Isotretinoin. The first time the results lasted for about 3 1/2 years before I started having bouts of cystic acne again (definitely related to stress). I had a really bad cold when I took this medication and it worked really well to make me feel better, but also made me feel really drowsy. Do not make the mistake of taking two within a 12 hour period .

When I switched to Microgestin I started getting extreme dry mouth, especially at night time when laying down.
