Strong raspberry leaf infusions are the ONLY thing that has ever relieved my menstrual cramps and accompanying symptoms, such as nausea and diarrhea. Pharmaceuticals have never helped my cramps. I also use raspberry leaves and berries infused in apple cider vinegar during my menstrual cycle as the vinegar extracts a great deal of nutrients in the leaves (calcium, magnesium etc) that help with cramps and pms, as well as the high iron in the berries. TriNessa has been a great help. It helps regulate my period. I now know exactly what day I am going to start and end. That is one reason I love it! Also TriNessa helps keep my skin cleared! My mother, age 85, was taking Prednisone for pulmonary fibrosis and it caused congestive heart failure and she died about 3 wks after she started taking it. It also had a host of other unpleasant side effects, but death trumped those. It made her irritable, prone to emotional outbursts, skin breaking open and oozing, and more. Gordon Caldwell Fund

Crestor helps lower my cholesterol levels with minimal to no side effects. It doesn't give muscle aches that the other medication for cholesterol are known to cause. I really like Crestor.
