I take Oatstraw and milky tops as a strong infusion ( 1 cup dried herb per liter boiling water, infused for 4 hours) I will drink the liter of infusion throughout the day. By infusing the herb in water for several hours, you extract all the wonderful vitamins and minerals that are essential to a healthy nervous system that standard 5-10 min infusions and tinctures or pills do not extract.

Stage 4 RCC Left kidney removed in Oct 2008. Metastasized to stomach cavity 2010. Treated with Sutent since early June 2010. Side effects unusual but not out of the ordinary based on info Ive read. As of today It seems to be helping but probably to soon to tell for sure. I feel fairly well and have been working right along so thats a positive. Attitude is good as well as support from those around me.

This drug also works as an 'antispasmodic' (slows digestion) making it a godsend for those of us who have had Ulcerative Colitis, Chrones Disease, IBS, Colon Cancer, etc. -related surgeries. After having my large intestine/colon removed, this drug has given me the opportunity to enjoy life and not always be looking for the restroom...let alone go camping, etc. Also 'quiets' the gurgling noises. The initial hair loss was much more than I expected - probably half my hair if I judged by the thickness of my ponytail and lasted longer than expected probably 9 months from the start of my taking it. I didn't notice it too much for the first 4-5 months but I was also taking prednisone then. After I stopped the prednisone about 6 months in with the Imuran the hair loss became pronounced.
