Changing to this synthetic analogue, described to me as "the greatest thing for Type 1 diabetics" by my diabetic team was a decision I now deeply regret. Prep H does its job of reducing the swelling and pain caused by hemorrhoids very well. Two days after application, the product reduces the size of the hemorrhoid considerably and really eases the pain. However, Prep H does not "cure" hemorrhoids, and I believe it should be used only for pain relief.

On mornings where my eyes won't open I pop in a reditab and within an hour the allergies go away and my eyes don't ithc. It does make me thirsty for awhile afterwards but I jsut carry a bottle of water with me anyways.
