To those who had bad stomach reactions to Candex, did you make sure and drink it with a FULL 8 oz. (even more if you can) glass of water? Very important as Candex is all enzymes and they will upset your stomach if not diluted! I started taking Candex just last night for the first time (had to go on antibiotics this past week for strep and was experiencing some major itching, though I've been borderline systemic for some time now). I have suffered from asthma all my life and used to use Albuterol before it was reformulated. The proair did not work at all for me. It did not puff out of the countainer far enough to be effective. I now use Xopenex HFA and it worked much much better than Proair HFA. I was very unsatisfied with the Proair.

It is now about 2 1/2 weeks I have been taking Zyflamend. I have Osteoarthritis in my shoulders as well as tears and subluxated bicep tendons, osteo in my elbows, wrists,fingers, and feet. This medication has helped me to be more pain free than when I took prescription drugs. This medication does not make me feel as drowsy as the other variaitons of Benadryl that I've taken in the past. However, it does not seem to be as efficacious or as fast-acting as Benadryl in relieving my hay fever symptoms.
