I switched because of cost and this was the generic they caried. Oh goodness. It's been two weeks and I noticed I have crying spells and moody. This feeling of hopelessness/sadness. I have had bouts of depression and this pill seemed to magnify it for me. I do not want to keep people from trying it ..this is just my experience so far. Yes I think it would- as it blocks the message from nerve endings. I am female and completely lost my libido when on it.

Have been taking these enzymes since it was discovered that I had pancreatic cancer. This greatly helps to break up the nutrients in my food. After rapid weight loss for nearly a year these medications helped to stabilize me, and along with other extensive treatments I have been able to put on a bit of weight again.

Took it for 6 months starting with a high dosage to treat pericarditis. I kept to a strict diet and only gained 5 lbs during the 6 months but the other side effects were awful. Developed severe joint pain from head to toe and had leg and foot cramps. I would wake at night in terrible pain that was awful enough to leave me crying.
