I was diagnosed with General Anxiety in 2003. I briefly went on Buspar and Effexor; Effexor practically put me in a fog, so I didn't end up taking it very long. In 2005 I took on employment at a call center and in 2006 began to have serious panic attacks. Needless to say, preparing to go to work each day only added to the anxiety I felt. This is a great idea. Gardasil is reported to cause a wide range of possible side effects including possible breast cancer, insomnia, fever and swelling. Everyone taking this vaccine should take this survey and monitor the results- even better pass them on to Merck or the FDA
