Alprazolam is the finest and most effective BZD for anxiety and panic on the market and also the ONLY benzodiazepine (of the triazolo- class) recommended for people with a history of depression. The problem in the USA is that there are hundreds of brands/generics, but only TWO which would be deemed acceptable quality by European patients - original branded XANAX and the GREENSTONE generics. It does nothing! Pure placebo! Maybe that's why it was not approved in USA and Canada?I do use Klonopin and have used Xanax, those work great.I prefer Klonopin.

I take advil whenever I have a pain that isn't too intense. I've taken it for earaches and it lasts all day but doesn't completely take all the all the pain away unless I take two. This still is the pain killer I take most.

Since going on Aromasin, I have to take laxatives 2x per week. I was taking Amitriptyline for fibromyalgia but had to go to a much higher dose for the pain and insomnia. Then I started getting side affects because the dose was too high. Dr. put me on a couple of other meds that help with the pain and sleep, but I don't think it will get any better until I stop taking the Aromasin.
