just an FYI. If you feel a Yeast infection coming on put about TBSN of Apple cider vinegar in cup of water and douche once. It works wonders for me. Hopefully it will work wonders for you too. Or alternatively, you can use about 1-2 drops tea tree oil in tbsn of melted coconut oil and dip a plastic tampon in it - let it soak it up for 20-30 minutes and use overnight. Update: the Zyflamend is not effective enough for my rosacea which has returned somewhat despite my usage of the maximum dosage. I did get a five month break from taking the oral antibiotics which I think is a good thing and I plan to substitute Zyflamend, full dosage again in the future. In the meantime, I am continuing to take the lowest possible dosage to keep my arthritic toe and finger joints happy. I had a bad stomach bug and the dr, gave me this prescription to stop the abdominal cramping and diarrhea and it worked immediately after taking the first pill. I did get a little bit of blurry vision but not too bad. It also made me a little drowsy but I was taking it with phenergan also so that may be why.

I have had major acne breakouts while on Levora. I have also gained about 10 pounds while I have been on it. I switched from Microgestin 30 because that made me constipated and moody but I plan on switching again soon to another pill.

Advil is one of the best OTC medications for minor pains like headaches and toothaches. It's accessible and inexpensive, as well as effective with no negative side effects (for me).
