I have been off of this birth control for about 4 months. A couple of weeks ago I noticed my hair on the top/front of my head begin to thin. Recently it has become very thin. In certain lights you can clearly see my scalp. After reading quite a few articles on the internet I am starting to think my discontinuation of Ortho Tri Cyclen could be the reason. I have become extremely depressed over my thinning hair. I am afraid it will continue to get worse until I am entirely bald!

About 2 hours after taking the pill every morning I'm in a bad mood and it stays that way for most of the day. I have noticed that I am feeling more depressed and irritable... totally not me. Advil is a great OTC medication for minor pains. I've used it for headaches, toothaches, and menstrual cramps and it has been effective for all of them. I've never experienced negative consequences either.

I have been taking syntroid for over 1 year to suppress remaining part of thyroid after surgery(pappillary carcinoma). I have: fever, fatigue, nervousiness, high temperature, high blood pressure, tremor, anxiety..... My endocrinologist ignores my symptoms saying that I have to stay on syntroid. my legs swelled and went heavy.
