I was diagnosed with degenerative facet changes, L-4, L-5. I had been on constant ADVIL for 1 month which does relieve the pain significantly. I was told about Zyflamend and that it was an "herbal supplement" with anti-inflammatory results. Since I wanted to get off the ADVIL, I tried Zyflamend. I had taken celebrex and a few other arthritis medication (1 which was taken off the market) and none of them had been very effective. I experience arthritis the worst in my hands shoulder back and knees and meloxicam does a good job to relieve the pain. I sometimes wish I could take an extra dose of meloxicam but my doctor told me to take tylenol arthritis instead. As a whole I am very happy with Meloxicam.

I took this as prescibed for what i know now know to have been pneumonia. the discouraging part of this medication is that it is known to only work if taken within 2 days of a VIRAL infection. it is virtually useless otherwise...

I was skeptical when doctor said there was a connection between my acid reflux and my sinus headaches but controling the reflux has almost eliminated the headaches. It isn't 100% but it is a vast improvement
