I think it works but I also can't belive that it does not cause a die off reaction. Even if the toxins aren't released when the yeast die your immune system still has to clean up all the dead yeast bodies. This can cause fatigue and other die-off symptoms. I think it is false advertising that they claim there are no die off symptoms. I really like Tylenol for pain relief but people have told me that it can cause dramatic liver damage as a result of taking too much too regularly, which it is easy to do.
