For the first year that I was taking Yaz it was great - regular and much lighter periods, zero cramps, zero PMS. When I have a head cold, I take Sudafed during the day. It takes my headaches away but makes me really drowsy, almost as if I'm taking Nyquil. I don't recommend it to be taken during the day.
