It got me out of a severe depressive episode, for which I am grateful. However, I still experience bouts of depression, often in the afternoon. So it is likely not a long term solution for me. Was prescribed this drug for acute bronchitis. Was coughing severely. After start of treatment, I felt as if I were tearing avery tendon in my chest wall and back. 5 wks later, am still unable to move well or pick up even slightly heavy objects. When I sneeze, I still feel as if I'm tearing tissues in my chest wall. Did not seem effective on my bronchitis. This SHOULD NOT BE PRESCRIBED FOR ACUTE COUGHING!
