I was diagnosed with IBS many years ago and which has been severe. I was prescribed with Solpodol approx three years ago and intially found these helped enormously. Unfortunately, I am now 'hooked' on Solpodol taking 8 tablets a day, every day and the IBS has come back with avengance. I have also contacted a severe and nasty rash in the vulva area about a year ago and have had to have a biopsy which I am waiting the result - wonder if this a direct cause of the tablets?

Phenergan with codeine was prescribed to me when I had an upper respiratory infection (a cold). I had a very bad cough and bad congestion. I only took it at night because it had a significant drowsiness effect on me. I had to take more than the recommended amount to notice an effect on my cough- and I didn't feel like it was much more effective than over the counter products- except for putting me to sleep. My daughter had two of the three injections. Before Gardasil she was in excellent health. One month after the second shot she came down with what seemed to be mono, but multiple tests proved she did not have mono. She was unable to even sit up in bed for two weeks. I tried remicade for awhile and it worked for about the first year and then my symptoms started to return so I was switched to some other drugs but ultimately went back to the remicade as compared to the other drugs, it worked best. Then it was becoming more and more clear that the remicade was no longer working and I'm not going to start a new drug called Cimzia. This involves giving myself injections at home, which doesn't thrill me!
