I have been taking quasense for over a year and love it!!!! I skip the placebo pills every 3 months and go straight to the reg pills so I do spot a little every few months, but its better than bleeding for days and having all the other symptoms that go along with a crappy period.... My only complaint is that even the generic is expensive! Walmart has sprintec (generic ortho-tricyclen) for $9 and I pay over $100 for quasense every 3 months. Otherwise no negative side effects that I am aware of... View full comment

I used Levora (Nordette generic) for over 5 years and it was great. However, I really like the idea of less periods. I have only taken it for a few weeks so I am not sure yet how I feel about Seasonique. I have expereinced some pretty extreme anxiety which I cannot attribute to any external situations (things are actually pretty calm in my life right now). Xanax

I have been taking 2 mg xanax for over ten years. I stop taking it every once in a while after reading negative effects . It helps me with my constipation. I do have a hard time when trying to get off of it. I experience nausea, and become quite ill for about 4 days. I do not know if I should stay on it or not . I would like to know if there is any long term effects on being on it for an extended length of time.

Every now and then I when I eat something with high sugar content I experience a slight dizziness or imbalance. It last for about 10 seconds to a minute and then goes away...but really freaked me out the first couple of times this happened. I am not sure what determines whether I get dizzy or not. Taken 20mg for post traumatic head injury. At first great-headache gone but got very groggy in the morning, had real sugar cravings, heart rhythm problems and just not feeling quite on the earth. So have cut to 10mg for 3 days and stopped altogether today. Yeah I know you are not meant to stop but I think this drug is not that good for me,now the headaches are much better. Here's hoping anyway!!

Clonazepam

It works for restless legs but lethargy, headaches, sleepiness, breathing not worth it if my husband can deal with my restless legs. The dosage above was prescribed but I have never taken the 3 a day. I took 2 the first day, and I was useless for anything, then 1 a day and still the side effects. I stopped 2 days ago and still feel the effects. Takes a long time to get out of your system.
