At first I didn't really have any side effects.Then about a month into the pack,I noticed I was very irritable,moody,short tempered and slightly angry. I also noticed that the last week on each month my breasts were soo tender they hurt. I still get some cramps and pms.I am starting to wonder why am I even on these paticular kind. I have taken Centrum Multivitamin in the past and experienced no side effects. In the last two days, I have taken Centrum/Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement with food and experienced constipation and loss of appetite almost immediately after taking the pill. I take other medication and am not sure if it the result of the combination of medication I am taking. Plan to stop taking the vitamin.

I spent most of my life trying to hide or avoid my problems with agoraphobia and panic attacks. I've tried everything from psych to behavior modification to many other drugs. While I am not panic attack free taking this med has reduced the frequence and severity of attacks. I was on the brand medicaiton for about 14 years and just recently changed to the generic in the last year and there was a HUGE difference in the price, but no difference in what is was supposed to do. I really like this medication and i really like the results it has given me !!!
