If you can get the migraine early, it works like a charm. Catch it a little too late (sometimes I'm not quite sure if it's sinus or migraine..) and my life will at least be bearable for the 3 days I would have formerly been flat on my back with ice packs on my head. Depending upon the headache, I've used pills, nasal spray, injections. I only take this right before bed because I know that it makes me extremely sleepy. When I wake up in the morning though, my allergy symptoms are mostly gone. My nose is cleared out, I can breathe freely, and my eyes don't water. It is worth the sleepy feeling to be able to walk outside without sneezing and sniffling.
