Would prefer natural medication but Dr. said Olmetec Plus is good. Ankles painful at tendons on heel and above. Urine is clear white. Kidney function down. He is watching that now. Taken this for 1 year so far and blood pressure came down right away and is good. I am watchful about side effects that Drs. don't tell or know about. This kidney stuff bothers me. When I got into a car accident as a 78 year old man I felt in alot of pain, and I didnt know how i would get better, the doctor perscribed me this and I felt so happy and so much better. I broke my sternum, and i was in alot of pain, This drug helped me sleep and helped me with all my pain.

At first when I was taking Pristiq it seemed to be the miracle pill. I thought I'd hit the lottery but the longer I have been on it more negative than positive. I'm on 50mg per day and have been on it for 3 months. I'm experiencing headaches, mild seizures, dizziness, weight gain, insomnia, and depression that went away in beginning is now back again. I'm going to have to slowly go off it but if it starts out good that doesn't mean that it will stay that way. I'm going to try Prozac again.

My allergies improved however the drug would make me drowsy sometimes mild sometimes strong. the drug also affected my sleep, i would have nightmares.difficulty sleeping i dont sleep that much anymore.i stopped it for a while but my lack of sleep continued, i'm not satisfied with the drug but it is the drug that helps. I find the withdrawal symptoms quite severe; a few years ago my doctor wanted to start me on something else but wanted to get me off Effexor first; within 2 days my sleep patterns were very disrupted with vivid dreams and restlessness, by the 4th day my body was shaking - almost spasmodic. I went back on the Effexor, but find that even one missed or delayed dose causes a hightened dream state, my mind starts to race and I don't sleep well at all. I fear going off it, but hate the dependency.
