The first time I took this pill, it did exactly what it was supposed to do- my infection was gone in a matter of days. No stomach pain or indigestion. This time, it's been awful- I spend an entire night throwing up and suffering from diarrhea ... I had taken the pills along with some allergy herbs, had waited till 3hours had passed since dinner, but still woke up at 2 and was up the rest of hte night. This medication was very efficient to relieve pain from my abcess, but it used to give me vertigo and hallucinations. I am willing to take it again if needed, because it is worth it.

When I was younger I was constantly sick. One time I had a cold for five months straight with a week or so in between that I wasn't feeling any cold symptoms. I pretty much took Azithromycin non stop when I was younger. Azithromycin worked very well for the first few times I took it, and it took my colds away. But, after time, I guess my body became immune to it and I could no longer take it.
