Azelastine Hydrochloride, also known as Astepro, has worked really well for me. I tried Omnaris before I tried Astepro. Even though I lean forward like the instructions say to do, I still get a very bad strange taste in my throat and tongue. I'm pretty sure that it is because it drains down into my throat, but the first time I tasted it, I had a hard time getting the taste off my tongue. Tylenol is sometimes ineffective when used frequently to the point where I have to go to sleep in order to escape the pain. Thus, I try to only take it in extreme cases for best results.
